As the RN Clinical Manager, you'll be in an office setting but will have the change to keep your clinical skills up to date by occasionally seeing patients.
Job duties for the RN Clinical Manager include:
Provide skilled nursing care in our patients' homes.
Assist with care coordination through interdisciplinary meetings and chart audits.
Oversee and supervise care provided by LPNs and STNAs.
Assist the Administrator as needed with agency oversight.
Assign staff as appropriate to clients.
Submit required documentation for Medicare approval.
Qualifications include:
Active Ohio RN license.
2-3 Years of experience as an RN.
Recent Home Health Care experience.
Knowledge of Home Health Oasis.
