Hospital Employed Otolaryngologist Clinical Compensation $450,000 with 2-year guarantee wRVU bonus potential uncapped Signing bonus - $30,000 Relocation up to $15,000 Fellowship Stipend - $25,000 Student loan repayment - up to $100,000 over 5 years Annual CME funds-$5,000 plus an additional account for business expenses Primary service area population >300,000
