The candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week, be kind and open to client contact, and be willing to learn the operations of the office.
This legal assistant will be responsible for productive client contact, telephonic communication, preparing and working client files, new client reviews, client intake, communicating with our main Columbus office on all claims, and interaction with commercial and residential tenants within the building.
The candidate should be capable of working independently in a one-person office and as a team member with remote connection to our other office locations.
Training will be provided.
Pay will be based on experience and applicant performance.
Benefits are included in the form of health insurance, 401(k) and paid personal time.
Experience in workers' compensation and social security is appreciated, but not required.
