Prepare and reconcile system uploads into General Ledger.
Responsible for any tasks necessary to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist with intercompany and auditor requests.
Government reporting Assist in maintaining storage and organization of records.
Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards.
Scope of the Position (key dimensions) Two (2) entries:
EMI, GRD General Ledger integrity Monthly closing Major Challenges Faced/Points of Complexity Closing due date is five (5) business days after the end of the month.
Tight deadline and challenging business environment.
Multinational Group standards - IFRS.
Major Responsibilities/Outputs GENERAL Be POC for General Ledger transactions.
Report directly to the Chief Accountant.
ACCOUNTING (EMI-GRD) Assume responsibility for General Ledger system integrity.
