Manufacturing Process Engineer

Optimize production processes and drive operational excellence.
Ensure smooth production operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve daily production issues that arise by providing technical expertise to area operators.
Support key capital projects and assist with implementing capital expenditure plans (CapEx).
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams, to drive initiatives and goals.
Set and achieve goals in areas, including environmental, health, and safety performance, product quality, equipment performance and reliability, daily production targets, productivity, and stable operations.
Bachelor's degree in the field of chemical engineering with 5
years of production or process experience in the chemical industry.
Familiarity with EHS requirements paired with strong safety and EHS awareness.
Strong in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in organizing and analyzing process data, utilizing statistical analysis, and troubleshooting complex chemical processes.
High awareness of responsibility and costs in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsSound digital control systems (DCS) knowledge.
Six Sigma, knowledge of the SAP functional module, new production experience.
The position has physical and work environment requirements.
