After-market Manager

Hi-Vac Corporation is seeking an experienced After-market Manager for the Marietta Ohio facility.
The After-market Manager is responsible for developing and implementing both short and long term strategies to drive a growth oriented and profitable aftermarket business. This includes providing strategic leadership to both the service and parts operations in order to maximize margins and increase the absorption rate as well as achieving other financial targets.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes in both parts and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create an annual budget and goals to align with the enterprise.
Develop and implement best practices that foster improvement in both the parts and service operations.
Ensure all warranty claims and parts return claims are submitted within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
Ensure training requirements are met for parts and service personnel.
Develop and maintain service and parts processes for distribution and inventory.
Engage team to participate and promote customer seminars, field days and related events.
Responsible to create and implement a perpetual marketing plan that grows the aftermarket business, increase the absorption rate, and address the needs of the customer base.
Performs special assignments as required.
Education and/or
Experience:
Degree in business, related field or equivalent professional experience required. Advanced level of understanding, technical skills/experience in developing and implementing aftermarket strategies for both parts and service. Seven to ten years experience in aftermarket operations and management/leadership experience necessary. Business acumen necessary to understand and apply sound financial principles relative to the overall aftermarket operation. Strong analytic and technological skills necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
