GENERAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Conduct training on the job, in the naturally occurring environment, or other community based locations following job coaching/ training procedures. Work assignments are based on program requirement, and trainee needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Provide coaching and training services to trainees.
2. Based on the Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Individual Employment Plan (IEP) plan, the job coach with the trainee will develop a plan of action that utilizes appropriate leaning with a variety of learning strategies. The job coach will conduct services in the following areas:
a. Work assessment performance
b. Work Adjustment
c. Coach to job performance
d. Skills Training required to perform the tasks/ jobs
3. Conduct a task analysis as required; arrange all tasks into sequential teachable components.
4. In a work setting:
a. Monitor and teach appropriate work related skills and behaviors.
b. Identify employer or trainee concerns and resolve potential problems without interfering with the trainer/trainee relationship.
c. Ensure that tasks are completed according to the established standard.
5. Conduct travel training and/or site duties, when needed.
6. Represent Zanesville Welfare Organization and Goodwill Industries, Inc. in a courteous and professional manner.
7. Develop and maintain training scheduling procedure to ensure that trainees meet all of the requirements from the funding referring agency.
8. Maintain accessible and accurate training records for all training participants (associates and trainees).
9. Travel to trainee's worksites.
10. Report regularly to supervisor on trainee's progress, using observation notes and case files.
11. Complete and submit, in a timely manner, all required reporting forms, including hours worked.
12. Identify and implement appropriate strategies for fading out the Training services.
13. Participate in trainee staffing with referral counselor or other professionals.
14. Adhere to company policies, procedures and training manuals.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
